David Martorano - Psychiatrist

THE HELP YOU NEED

Choosing the right person to help you deal with life's challenges is hard. Years ago, people turned to their family physician, and were referred to psychiatrists for help. Times have changed, and many of us don't have the same quality of relationships with our family doctors. These days more and more of my clients find me through the internet. This site is designed to acquaint you with my treatment philosophy, and give you the information to make a decision about starting treatment.

Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, substance abuse, depression or anxiety, a strong relationship with your doctor can have a tremendous impact on how effectively you deal with your problems. Only a psychiatrist can help you decide whether medication is the right choice, or whether psychotherapy may be a better fit for you.

Your relationship with your doctor matters

Ivy League training, combined with a three-generation tradition of medicine, sets Dr. Martorano apart from other psychiatrists.
